Today I start back into a yoga routine. Between cycling and sitting at a computer all day (poor me, no Hermann Miller chair at my new job), my back's been bothering me and my posture sucks, and it invariably gets worse during CX season, so I want to get a head start. Plus hamstrings get so tight with cycling - my last yoga instructor asked me on the first day if I was a cyclist after observing my attempts at a forward bend. Yoga really really helps me to feel better physically and mentally as well. A studio downtown seems to offer what I'm looking for, so I'm going to try it out. It's my secret weapon during cross season - shhhhh!
