Massive troop withdrawal from Iraq to begin immediately?

Story here. This is big news. Americans don't generally understand how much of this war is being fought by contractors. It's huge. And Blackwater is the largest of the contractors. It will be fascinating to see how this plays out, and whether the Bush administration is merely paying lip service to the principle of Iraqi sovereignty.
