Kelly Benefit Strategies/Medifast podium in Cannon Falls!

I'm rooting for locally managed Kelly Benefit Strategies/Medifast, who also have the incomparable Larry Foss as soigneur extraordinare. Larry's my man to 'fix' you after a hard training week! Canadian sprinter Martin Gilbert took 2nd in the 65 mile race that came down to a bunch sprint after a long breakaway was absorbed in the last kilometer! This moves him up to 3rd in the GC. Give a cheer for the local team this weekend. In the women's race, none of the breakways stuck either, allowing local hero Teresa Moriarty to preserve her 3rd place GC position.
