Time trial specialist Nathan O'Neill from Australia has tested positive for prescription appetite suppressant Phentermine, for which he had a prescription and is allowed to use out of competition. However this was an in competition test, and with Health Net's zero tolerance policy, he has been terminated. Phentermine seems pretty harmless, especially with a prescription, but a little research indicates that it is a stimulant (like most appetite supressants) which would explain why it's not allowed in competition. Sucks to sacrifice your career for either a risky boost, a stupid mistake or not understanding the rules. Strike one and you're out.
