w00t!

My offer on a condo on Park Ave. was accepted. It's pretty sweet: 1,200 sq. ft., two BRs, upper unit, garage, washer/dryer, granite countertops, open layout, original woodwork from 1925, crown moldings, beautiful oak floor, all new kitchen and bathroom. Quite a change from my little pad in Portland. Not quite as nice of a neighborhood, but yet uniquely Minneapolis, and a Dunn Bros. is coming to the neighborhood less than a block away. I'm stoked!
